We offer custom logo creation and website development services. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Logo design
  • Website design and development
  • Customization and revisions as per the package you choose

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account details up-to-date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services as specified in the pricing section of the website or in your contract. Payment is required before starting the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit and debit card payments using Stripe.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: All sales are final once the project has been initiated. Refunds may only be issued if the service is not delivered according to the terms agreed upon. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel the project, you must do so in writing. Cancellations are subject to a fee if the project has started.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you will retain the intellectual property rights to any final logo or website design created specifically for you.
  • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We agree to keep your personal and project details confidential and will not share them with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to all services, and any outstanding payments will remain due.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Norway.
